Made one of our best meals tonight!! Carrot-Ginger soup and sandwiches. Had Gruyere, Emmental, Ham and Salami to choose from, with grilled onions and marinated eggplant, rocket, grainy mustard and balsamic and oil to dress. It was divine. Purely divine!
